OLIV Lead Discovery

Project story

The story behind the work.

Challenge

Traditional lead-generation tools often provide large amounts of business data without enough context to help users decide which opportunities deserve attention. For small businesses and teams without dedicated sales operations, the challenge is not simply finding companies. It is understanding whether a lead is relevant, reachable, worth contacting, and what the next sensible action should be. OLIV also needed to demonstrate this experience through a real working product while keeping the beta simple, cost-conscious, invite-only, and suitable for a controlled soft launch.

Approach

OLIV was designed around a guided lead workflow rather than a traditional CRM-first experience. Users can define a target market, discover businesses through external business-data sources, review available business signals, qualify opportunities, organize leads through a simple pipeline, and identify appropriate next actions. The beta was intentionally built with a modular data-provider architecture so the current discovery provider can be replaced or expanded as OLIV evolves. The public website was also redesigned around the actual product experience, giving prospects a clear view of how OLIV moves from discovery to understanding, prioritization, organization, and action. The initial release remains invite-only and manually controlled, allowing OCSCO to validate the product and demonstrate it to prospects before moving into the planned multi-tenant commercial SaaS architecture.
